The building consists of ten office floors above podium level, with two floors of studio space below podium. Two Kingdom Street incorporates a unique internal ‘reflecting pool’ within the atrium complemented by semi-scenic lifts and glazed lift lobbies.

Grontmij provided specialist design services for the project including air handling units with heat recovery providing air to every office floor, with valves that shut the floor down when not occupied. The building is fitted with an architecturally distinctive, fully glazed façade with high performance solar control glass. Vertical transportation expertise provided an optimised lifting strategy whilst fire engineering specialists produced a rigorous, fire engineered building that meets the aspirations of the architect and client.
