7 More London
7 More London is an environmentally conscious ‘world class’ building, the development incorporates around 60,000m2 (GIA) of office accommodation and retail units at street level and lower ground.
The detailed design was completed by Grontmij and incorporates a range of measures which, when combined with the tenant’s efficient fit out systems, achieve overall carbon dioxide savings of 73% compared to the notional building, well in excess of the targets set by the 2006 Building Regulations and the London Plan.
The building has achieved a BREEAM Outstanding sustainability rating. The building also achieved an Energy Performance Certificate ‘A’ rating and is now the home of Pricewaterhousecoopers.
