201 Bishopsgate is a new office building designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill. Landesbank Baden Wurttemberg (LBBW) have taken a floor within this prime location office building as their London HQ. The fit-out includes a trading area with facilities for 100 traders, communication rooms, meeting/client rooms and executive suites.
Grontmij spent considerable time working with the client during the initial evaluation of the project. This allowed for a detailed understanding of the client’s business and objectives; identified the impact to the floor of the clients long term development plan; identified where value and flexibility can be added without compromise to quality; and coordinated the smooth transition to the new headquarters with minimum disruption to operations.
