Grontmij carried out a full analysis of the existing M&E base build systems to establish available capacities and constraints. This was followed by working closely with the client and design teams (including four different architects) to develop engineering services briefs for each new area and option studies to allow the client to make key strategic decisions.

This close relationship allowed existing business operations to carry on undisrupted on two of the 12 floors in the building. Grontmij ensured that business critical functions were protected and upgraded, both during the construction and for anticipated future demands.
