Grontmij provided a triple-glazed internally ventilated façade which has allowed the building to be the first modern clear glass building in the region. Sophisticated modelling allowed the use of solar control glass to be minimised by the use of internal shading.

Grontmij delivered specialist vertical transportation solutions to accommodate a variety of tenant splits throughout the building. In addition, the building has secure electrical supplies and a flexible low energy lighting system.
