Alan has been involved in the successful completion of a variety of building projects. These have included
both new build and refurbishment projects across the commercial, educational, leisure and transport sectors.

Alan has been involved in a number of City of London developments. Many of the projects have been high profile and required high levels of integration and design coordination.

Alan is experienced in construction management and JCT main contract and two stage tendering procurement methods. He also has extensive experience working as part of the BAA framework team and excels in delivering complex end-user projects.
