Adam joined Grontmij in 2003 as divisional manager of vertical transportation services.

He has a keen eye for detail and a strong track record of delivering results through effective planning and organisation. He has previously worked in technical, sales, construction, maintenance, modernisation and management positions within the lift industry gaining significant experience in this specialist sector.

Adam leads a successful team who’s questioning approach and detailed analysis has led to many innovative and space saving lift solutions.

Adam has led the design of vertical transportation systems on a number of high value major developments both within the UK and overseas. In 2004 Adam became divisional director of vertical transportation. He is a past chairman of the CIBSE lifts group and sat on the technical committee for the vertical transportation element of the BCO Guide 2009. Adam is currently Chairman of the CIBSE Guide D executive committee.
