The structure and elements of the interior including fireplaces, plasterwork and the main staircase are Grade II Listed.
The design is a sympathetic balance that integrates a modern office environment with the need to preserve historic features. A modular servicing approach was used, utilising a fan coil a/c system with electric re-heat and airside control. Ceiling void distribution routes are largely configured to run parallel with and within the depth of the existing structural beams. Spare connections and space for future services within the modular layout allow incoming tenants the flexibility to enhance the category A fit-out.
