The sophisticated range of services provided includes heated indoor swimming pools, lifts, variable air volume and fan coil cooling, under-floor heating, high specification security, CCTV and video entry systems. Category five voice and data wiring support an audio entertainment system, including satellite, cable, analogue and digital TV.

The project draws upon Grontmij’s experience in successfully delivering high quality offices and hotels where sophisticated services are more commonly found. All systems are tailored to provide simple user interfaces and are fully tested at handover. The project won Best Luxury Development, Gold Award and Best Luxury House, Silver Award at the Telegraph awards, as well as Best New Home of the Year, Best Luxury Home and Best New Apartment at the Evening Standard New Homes awards.
