Outline of roles:
• Co-ordination of CAD drawing production in conjunction with the Project Manager and Team Leader.
• Quality Control for CAD drawing production.
• Production of AutoCad drawings to Expertise Area CAD standards
• Undertaking aspects of design development
• Reporting to Project Manager on progress and quality
• Undertaking tasks as delegated by Project Engineers
• Compliance with Company Integrated Management Systems

Qualifications required:
• C&G AutoCAD 2D & 3D qualifications
• Recognised academic qualification HND, HNC,
• To have/or to be working towards a recognised professional qualification and membership of appropriate professional bodies, if recognised as part of continuing professional development would be an advantage.

Experience required:
• Minimum 3-years in Water / Oil / Gas industry
• Have gained appropriate experience in the field of design
• Proven technical ability in the role of engineering technician

Qualities required:
• Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance when required
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure that timescales are met
• Take responsibility for personal development and enable and support the learning of others
• Project a professional image to clients and colleagues
• Able to work collaboratively with others to form strong positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors.
• Able to recognise own impact on others and adapt approach where appropriate
• Demonstrate pride in work, through accurate timely delivery
