In order to maintain our position at the leading edge of our field, each year we aim to recruit some of the very best science and engineering graduates. Those from non-cognate courses will be supported in undertaking appropriate post graduate study, whilst all will enroll in our CIBSE Accredited Graduate Training Programme which we expect will lead to registration with the Engineering Council of Great Britain and Chartered Engineer Status. In addition, you will enjoy a working environment, which we believe is one of the most challenging and stimulating in the construction industry.

Please note that whereas we are pleased to receive applications from high calibre graduates at any time of the year, our next round of graduate assessment days will be held in April and May each year.

Applicants short-listed for assessment will be notified in good time for the next assessment day and successful candidates should receive offers of employment by the end of June.

We are flexible on start dates but need all graduates to start by early September to fully benefit from our training programme.
