Outline of role:
We are looking for talented engineer with experience in both the delivery of projects and working within an environmental department.
Reporting directly to the Director of Building Sustainability you will take an active part in the production of the department, assist in setting and maintaining the high standards expected of the department as well as assisting in the day to day management of the team.

To succeed in this role you should have:

•a strong track record of working within a similar department
a real passion for and a proven expertise in sustainability and environmental design
• Knowledge of modelling software and output verification
 the ability to clearly articulate both concepts and complex scenarios
• knowledge in all legislation, accreditation and modelling
• a working knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessments, BREEAM, LEED
• a desire to make a difference to clients and staff
• the confidence to be challenged and be challenging

Qualifications required:

Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering
Chartered Status (or working towards this)
Low Carbon Consultant level 5

Experience required:

Suitable candidates will have a thorough knowledge of building simulation software and a sound engineering background in the building services arena.
