Situated in sensitive Greenfield land on the edge of St. Albans, the new college building has been integrated into an existing agrarian landscape through the use of woodland planting, level changes and considered material selection.

Following a review of the extent of the proposals Grontmij is currently producing a revised landscape proposals, designing a series of sports pitches and undertaking a landscape and visual impact assessment of the development as part of the planning application.
