Hillside Hub, London
Grontmij has been involved in the creation of a central facility at the heart of the larger regeneration of Stonebridge in North West London from inception through planning, detailed design and construction on site.
This mixed use development includes a primary care trust facility, community centre and retail with residential flats above. Within this dense urban site Grontmij has created a public square fronting onto the main Hillside Road and provided a secluded garden for community use within the heart of the development.
