The Thelma Golding Health Centre forms a new hub facility, provided under the Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow NHS Local Improvement Framework Trust (LIFT) scheme.

Grontmij has been involved from concept through to the detailed design stage. A strategy was developed for building the residential block in phases. Stringent parking requirements had to be adhered to this tight urban site, while providing a significant improvement to the public open space provision.
