The new development incorporates office space along with residential accommodation and a hotel. Connections to the city centre, both physically and visually, are important to the scheme, with the vista to Norwich Cathedral emphasized through the centre of the site.

Main landscape features include a riverside walk linking a series of spaces, including a square and central green. A new bridge will create an exciting new connection from the site to the city centre.

The first three buildings of the development have now been completed.
