Julia joined Grontmij in 2007, having worked for a number of landscape architecture practices in London and Australia. Julia is a registered landscape architect and an associate member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects. She was also a member of AILA NSW Urban Design Committee, 2002 – 2006 and of AILA NSW Awards Committee, 2004-2006.

Julia has been involved in a number of award winning projects including AILA National Merit Award for planning in landscape architecture: Ballast Point master plan, Sydney (2006), AILA NSW award for excellence for planning in landscape architecture: Ballast Point master plan, Sydney (2006) and UDIA NSW award for excellence: masterplanned residential lifestyle development for Breakfast Point, Sydney (2004).
