The landscape proposals include the remodelling of an existing park at Flame Hill to incorporate striking and distinctive land form features, with the aim of establishing a memorable gateway to the City of Sheffield. A 65m high feature is proposed together with new public realm themed around cascading water.

The new development will provide high quality landscape facilities and spaces commensurate with a significant regional leisure destination. It will also integrate within the existing network of open green space within Don Valley and provide strong links to adjoining landscape.
