Poland's second largest water and sewerage utility
Aquanet is the water and sewerage utility serving the city of Poznan and surrounding municipalities.It is the second largest water and sewerage utility in Poland. It has a strategic objective to deliver efficient high quality water and wastewater services.
Grontmij has carried out an exercise to benchmark Aquanet’s asset and investment processes against best international practice using PAS55 (the first standard for asset management). This was supported with detailed knowledge of the water industry including the UK Office of Water Trading Asset Management Planning Assessment Process.
Improving asset and investment processes
The exercise has covered the operational management, maintenance management, investment planning and business planning areas of the business. An outline development plan to improve Aquanet’s asset and investment processes has been developed.
