Scottish Water recognised that to ensure effective delivery, and to meet the efficiency challenges in the delivery, of the Q&SIIIb investment programme an integrated seamless investment system was required.

This would rationalise the existing set of applications. The Capital Investment Systems and Processes (CISP) Project was set up to deliver this critical business change initiative.

Grontmij has worked closely with Scottish Water to support implementation of a new capital delivery governance system.  The work has included a high level impact analysis and definition of core functionality requirements.
