As framework consultant for this £30M regional telemetry replacement programme, Grontmij has been responsible for technical and Procurement Management aspects of the programme.
In addition Grontmij is responsible for development of business processes and systems to ensure full integration of real time asset data across the operational, capital delivery, investment planning and asset management functions of Severn Trent.
The work has included development of maintenance work flow processes and remote asset monitoring strategies to optimise the transfer of data across Severn Trent’s business.
