Providing processes for optimised linkage
Grontmij was responsible for development of Scottish Water’s project close out processes to verify and record successful attainment of regulatory quality outputs for both water and wastewater programmes.
The processes developed ensured optimised linkage between physical site handover and acceptance of achievement of the regulatory output with statutory bodies such as SEPA (Scottish Environmental Protection Agency).
This required close liaison with asset planners, operations, capital delivery and the quality regulators.
