Grontmij is currently engaged on a five year framework with the Anglian Water @one Alliance and leads the Alliance’s commercial and supply chain team.
Co-ordination and management
Key to the leadership role is that of co-ordinating partner buy-in and contribution to an integrated procurement strategy; improving commercial input to optimised expenditure profiles/forecasts; coordinating the Alliance risk and opportunity process (including steering group); managing the Alliance input to the cost base; establishing a single commercial/estimating team and providing programme visibility to second and third tier of the supply chain.
