Grontmij provided project management and design services to Severn Trent taking the £10million project from initial brief through feasibility and detailed design.
From inception to handover
The services included external liaison, internal client liaison, contract administration and programming through to commissioning and final delivery. Grontmij produced regular progress and financial updates and managed all parties input to successful handover.
A further £1million of work was added to Grontmij’s scope following the main scheme at Leek.
