Grontmij provided Expert Witness services to Transport Scotland in relation to a major fuel spill on the M8 resulting from a heavy goods vehicle overturning following an accident.

Grontmij reviewed the activities carried out by the operating company during the initial clear up as well as the subsequent costs of the repair works to assist in settlement of the costs.
