Chris provides clients with expertise in the areas of programming, delay analysis and extension of time.  He has extensive experience of civil, building, heavy engineering, offshore, petrochemical, aerospace and utility projects.  This experience includes project work in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as well as in many European countries. 

Chris has produced over forty claim / response documents for arbitration or adjudication disputes, covering matters of delay, prolongation, acceleration and disruption.  In addition, Chris has acted as named expert in arbitration and litigation, and has given evidence. He uses a range of programming, database and graphical tools in the course of his work. Chris also lectures at seminars and training courses on the subject of delay analysis.
