Jon is a chartered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in preparing and defending claims, expert witness work and the provision of contractual advice in relation to building, petrochemical, process, power generation, offshore, marine and civil and structural engineering projects.

He specialises in the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes involving delay, disruption, acceleration and quantum matters.  He has extensive expert witness experience, preparing reports and giving evidence relevant to construction methods and procedures, as well as quantum and planning issues.  

Jon acts as an adjudicator and directly participates in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings. He is an accredited mediator with the Academy of Experts.
