Mike is a chartered civil engineer with extensive experience both in UK and Middle East. His main sphere of interest and predominant activity is that of heavy civil engineering and contractual claims and the resolution of the inevitable disputes that arise in the industry. 

Mike provides clients with advice and drafting of contract terms, preparation of claims and advice on response to claims, dispute resolution including arbitration and the negotiation of settlements. His particular experience relates to major pipelines, roads, bridges and interchanges, infrastructure, leisure resorts, industrial plants and residential developments procured under a variety of contractual arrangements.
