Peter qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1973, has a first and masters degrees in law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has extensive world-wide commercial experience of major projects in the construction and engineering industries, including building and civil engineering, mechanical and electrical services and chemical and industrial plants. Commercial management experience includes training, the provision of advice on funded projects, international project finance, risk analysis and work for insurance companies.
