The founder of Trett Consulting, Roger has extensive experience in providing commercial and contractual advice (particularly in relation to cause and effect and quantum matters) to owners, contractors, sub-contractors, accountants, solicitors and financial institutions, and in preparing and defending claims. 

With experience of a wide range of construction disciplines, including off-shore, heavy engineering, civils, shipping, commercial and industrial, he also has significant experience in acting as Mediator, Adjudicator or expert witness on a variety of engineering and construction projects. 

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a Member of the London Court of International Arbitration.  He is also past Chairman of the Academy of Experts.
