Steve is a chartered quantity surveyor, registered adjudicator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  He has nearly 30 years industry experience and for the majority of this time has been working as a specialist in the preparation and resolution of contractual disputes.  He has managed major disputes both on site and after project completion, which have encompassed the complex analysis of delays and the investigation of labour disruption, as well as contentious valuation issues.  He acts as an expert witness and has given evidence in court and before arbitration tribunals.  Project experience encompasses building, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical and oil & gas work throughout the UK, mainland Europe and in the United States.
