Bill has 30 years experience in the construction industry spanning the building, civil engineering, energy, industrial plant and process industries in the UK and extensively overseas.
He has extensive experience in the preparation and defence of contractual claims and providing contractual and commercial advice to clients. The latter includes considerable troubleshooting experience in carrying out project audit/reviews and advising on appropriate contractual strategies and recovery measures.
Bill has experience in the adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation processes and has been appointed as an expert witness on major international disputes. He is an experienced trainer and seminar speaker having participated in same, both in the UK and overseas.
