Announcement of New Director

Barry B. Bramble has assumed the position of Director in charge of the Houston Office of Trett Consulting, an international consultancy firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. Barry is a recognized authority in the specialized area of evaluating and resolving construction contract claims and problems on troubled projects. He is an experienced Scheduler (Planner) and specializes in forensic work and has provided expert testimony in various legal forums on delay, disruption, cost recovery, and other construction-related matters in the United States and internationally. He is author of several books on construction law, claims, and disputes resolution, including the landmark treatises Construction Delay Claims, Design-Build: Risks and Claims, Avoiding and Resolving Construction Claims, and Discovery in Construction Litigation.
