Audit of the railway infrastructure contractor's financial and programme management systems and procedures and financial status covering historical and current contracts. 

The audit covered all matters in relation to individual contracts' status regarding liabilities and obligations, values declared in the financial accounts, liabilities to suppliers and sub-contractors and values declared in respect of claims recoveries. 

We were also commissioned to investigate the financial / commercial and programme management procedures of the contractor, make recommendations to the Board of the Group Holding Company and ultimately produce revised procedures for implementation.
