Construction of transport interchange
Construction of a £20 million Transport Interchange and Multi Storey Car park, with support infrastructure works.
Appointed by the Client to be responsible for the analysis of the Main Contractor's programme and assess the viability and accuracy of the Main Contractor’s build programme.
Fortnightly monitoring of the programme and progress and production of a report of all aspects of the project, forecasting completion, problem areas, potential delays and advice on how delays could be mitigated or managed.
