Provision of two day training courses
Several times a year Trett Consulting provides two day training courses in Bulgaria on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
Both basic and advanced training courses run through a project’s life cycle and are designed to interact with the delegates.
Courses include presentations, group discussions and case studies. Topics cover topics such as allocation of risk, interim payments, variations, delay to the works, force majeure, management of claims, different dispute resolution methods and occurrence of defects.
Special training courses on Managing Claims cover topics such as how to avoid claims, how to prepare claims, management of change, the importance of planning and programming, progress reporting, and the financial consequences of delay and disruption.
