Appointed as planning and quantum experts for the claimant in arbitration.  Worked alongside the tribunal’s planning expert and agreed on extensions of time.  Prepared the details of the quantum assessment for the pleadings.  All records were databased to provide an accessible source for planning and quantum assessments.  A monthly “time slice” planning analysis was carried out and delay and disruption were valued.
